Just so y’all are aware: beef is about to get a hell of a lot more expensive. Sales of beef will drop. This is purely because Nebraska and neighboring states are MAJOR US beef producers.
It has absolutely N O T H I N G to do with veg*nism /at all/. Don’t let them try to claim it and erase the suffering of the people in Nebraska losing their livelihood en masse.

I say this as someone who hasn’t had meat in decades: someone will search up the vee-word and derail the post with classist nonsense. Because the search function only actually works when someone wants to start beef.
